Benjy is a tech entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in product management and software development. Before founding Paldaux, he and Srini co-led digital transformation at scale, driving 570% digital revenue growth in a previous leadership role by building the systems that connected product, operations, and customer experience into a single, compounding architecture.

That experience is the foundation of the AIOS methodology. Paldaux runs on its own AI Operating System, built and iterated on Benjy's own operations before it was offered to any client. When he says it works, he means he has been running on it.

Srini brings 20+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with a track record of founding and scaling multiple IT services companies. He has deep expertise in e-commerce systems and has built and delivered complex technical architectures for organizations at multiple stages of growth.

Where Benjy maps the opportunity, Srini builds the solution. He owns solution architecture and delivery at Paldaux, the technical rigor that turns an Audit roadmap into working systems. His background means clients get architecture decisions made by someone who has lived the consequences of those decisions at scale.
